I was a lot more confident in school today! I got through the day so much easier by remembering the things I was taught on here to help my anxiety!

I've learned that sometimes for our own sanity, it's okay to pull back for a while before moving forward. I became a listener early on in my journey here. It was far too early. I didn't give myself a chance to get to know all of the rules. Pulling back, and stepping away from being a listener is the best option for me at this point. Perhaps I'll try again at a later date. We have to remember to put ourselves first, because we're no good to anybody else if they are drowning, if we're standing in a sinking boat.

I have made it to level 50!! Just think - I'll look back after level 1,000 and see level 50 which was so loooong ago at that time.
