It gets worse before it gets better. It's OK. It's part of my journey.
To not push friends away. They know you better than you think and they're trying their best too.
@TheWanderer27 Friends can be such a support when you are going through a hard time, It's wonderful you are learning that they are trying their best to be there for you, they care about you very much!
I reached step 250 in my Growth Path :)

Thanks for your love and support!
@eska3 Thank you for being here!
Keep some information to yourself, never share more than necessary.
@HardHead That's so true, I'm glad you learned that :) I hope you know that, also, you need to open up too, but keeping some information to only yourself is important. Keep doing awesome!
I can finish assignments when put under the pressure of a deadline. I just wish I could finish it earlier and save myself the stress and heartache.
I'm learning to relax and to become in tune with my body. I'm also learning to control my emotions.
Hi @KuntryGirl87 :) Thanks for sharing with us. Relaxation helps in tuning with body and emotions. :)
The number 1 thing that I learned in this leg of the journey has been that I'm worth something to someone. No matter what one person said on one day or what a group of kids said another day, there are a lot more people who love and care about me. Those people are a lot more important to me than anyone who is hateful towards me.
Hi @CharlieGreene :) It's so important to think about those who care for us. Hateful people prove to be energy draining. But yes, world is beautiful and there are so many people who love us. And, also we all, here at 7 cups love you. :)
I've learned that it's seriously better to take baby steps than try too much at once, trying to do over my abilities has always been my biggest failure.
@levella agree with you. Small steps don't burden us and we can enjoy them. Trying more than we can at a time can be stressful. Helpful insight for others also.
