I've learned that there are plenty of people there for me, and that I need to stay strong.
I learned that listening to the meditation audios files makes me open up a little.

The #1 thing I've learned is that I can definitely take control of my life even if it's one step at a tme. Other things I've learned is to keep trying and to keep moving forward even if I don't know which direction to go.
