This place really helps me to stay focused on the good in my life!
I am 678 in the growth path, I have learnt how to better manage my emotions and finances, ie:- using cash/debit cards and avoiding my credit card.
This is all really familiar stuff, but it's great to have a reminder.
I reached the 30st step! 
I would say that the most important thing I learn is to focus on myself in a mindful way.

I reached step 40. I learnt that there's no point in not looking back, because if you don't say goodbye you can't move on from the things that got in your way.

I learned that you don't need to be given answers - all you need is someone to talk to that will understand and ask the right questions - so that you become aware of what the right thing to do is.
I've learned that I'm not alone. That there is people from all walks of life that care and want to help
