This site has showed me that it's okay to talk to others. I have been doing that and while telling my friend that I'm so broken that I've turned into a robot and he helped me by replying with "You relate yourself to things that are nothing like you. You sound bad because you say bad things about yourself. Nobody talks sh** about you but you" Him and this site showed me that until I start talking better about myself I won't be happy, and also, there are so many people here for me

I have learned to always perservere and never give up! It can always get better :) Yes, I still have bad days, but I also have many good ones

I didn't have a cigarette when I felt like I really needed one today. It seems small but this is a big step for me in beating my addiction :)
