I learned that there are people who care.
@TaylorLives, Yes, there are! Everyone here at 7 Cups cares about you as well. We'll always be here for you.
I made it to level 10. Yay. I've learned through the positivity entires that I need to stay positive in all of my troubles,
@Ali6132, Congratulations on getting to step 10! Stay positive :)
Hi everybody. I'm on #850. Still struggling with a lot of stress and depression. I try to make sure I keep reaching out to friends who really cheer me up and treat me well to remind myself that how other people treat me such as my father or boss are not always an accurate picture of my worth and value. I also listen to positive affirmations and write down lists of positive affirmations. Need to make the choice to not respond to calls or emails from people who trigger my depression no matter how obligated I feel to respond.
:)
Reached step 50 but I haven't really learning smth since the 50. Either it's too soon or it's because the path is starting to feel repetitive, maybe I should choose another one.
I think I learned that I'm actually pretty awesome, and an interesting person. But the most important thing for me, unrelated to that, is having learned how to breathe and balance myself out.
@shallowOceanics, You are awesome! You're doing great :)
I learned that I do have things to be positive and thankful for. I need to think of them when I'm in a bad place and that will make me feel better.
@messofdetails, That's a great idea. You're making great progress :)
I reached step 50. I m feeling relaxed now

The medication I have been given is making me dog sick, otherwise I'm alive, kicking and screaming.
