I learned how to relax and become one with myself. I have learned that as long as I do this everyday I can grow and will be able to stay one with myself.

I have learned that I am not alone even though it feels like it and that I'm am not invincible. I am going to slip up and end up back at square one some days but its all apart of my road towards recovery.
