I've just reached #30 and have had some serious set backs this week :( Still doing my best to carry on though

@sincereFriend8517 You just need to stay determined and like you said you are not were you were which means that there is progress being made which is always a plus! I'm sure in time you will get to where you want to be just don't give up!
I learned that when I come here I can turn my mind off from the things in the real world, but when I'm not here I still hate living.

I am on step 10. I learned never give up and keep trying. You will find what works for you eventually.

I learned that without friends, or someone who is there for you, is meaningless.
