I just reached step #40 - things are still hard but I have learned to try and pick out the tiniest things that can help throughout the day to try and get through each day as it comes. Also, to avoid bad situations where it is possible to if it is likely the end result will eventually make the pain worse.

@sar112 that's awesome sar, sometimes you just have to get through the day and that's all you can do. Just getting through a day is an accomplishment I'd say!

I'm "new" here and just reached #10 ...well I learned to breathe when things are going in the way I didn't want them to go.But I feel like I gotta learn so much more yet.

December 8th, 2015

@DogProblemsformat I am glad you learned to breathe when life does not get your way. Welcome to 7 cups! :) It's ok if you haven't learned a lot yet- you are only at the beginning at this site. We were all beginners before, and sometimes we go back to being beginners.

Hey listen, trying is good! Really good! And if some days we don't try, then that's okay too! Be kind to yourself, because trying is a great start 🙂

I slept for the first time in months last night. Reconnected with an old friend and that seemed to help a LOT. Loneliness is a huge factor in my situation.

@Watermelon3616 That is awesome you slept the first time in months and connected with an old friend. :)
