@philosophicalPineapple140
Look at you go! Step 20 woot woot!
I don't need to get bogged down with all the things I need to do as a. Mom. It's ok to relax, have fun, and say "yes"
@Michaud5
Relaxing and fun is a necessity! I hope you are able to do and have both :)
It's good to reflect in this calm way. Will explore more :)
@ambitiousLight779
Ah, self reflection is a really nice thing to do. Keep going!
I learned that there is a reason why I have depression, and that is so I change my thinking. Depression helped me look deeper into my problems and with time passing, I am closer and closer to the solution. :)
@WhiteBearClub This was awesome and inspiring to read! Great job! I am so happy for you :)
@WhisperingPiano Oh, thank you
.
How important it is to get back into the habit of writing down positive thoughts. I used to keep a gratitude journal every day and got out of the habit of using it each and every day. It is hard to be sad if you express gratitude
@kerrybluelove I am so happy to hear you are back into it. Great news! :)
Browser listener i not able
I don't know why?
@Luq Hi Luq, did the problem rectify itself?
A meditation I just listened to contrasted the state of mind of believing that your current circumstances and mood and life experiences are the sum of your existence, vs. believing that you're on a step to your way somewhere else. The former state of mind is something that I often slip into to catastrophize my situation.
Step 200! It's a round number, yay.
@jagrey Yay! *dances* Very insightful and congrats on 200! You are doing great! :)
I've learned so much lately, but a really huge takeaway from some recent stressful holiday events is that you need to treasure what you have because you never know when it'll be gone. Yes I know, its a commonly said thing, there are songs about it and everything. But it doesn't truly hit you till you lose or almost lose something important. Yes another common saying of you don't know what you've got till its gone.
Okay so I haven't learned anything unique but you know, I'd like to think I'm getting better at appreciating what I have because of what I've been through.
@TabbyPhoenix You have experienced it and that is what makes it unique! Great advice that never gets old. I am sorry about the hard times but I am glad you are seeing the positive :)
thanks
Don't be too harsh on yourself
@DaxIsMyName So true! Something we often forget!
