I've just reached #10 in steps...
I think right now what I have learned most is to just keep taking little steps every day. I don't have to do it all at once. That this path... it definitely seems right now to be about the journey than just a single destination. One step after another, day after day... even the littlest of steps seem to count and help.
@loupdereves Thank you so much for sharing! You are so right! We tend to want everything to get done immediately and unfortunately that cannot happen. Understanding that it is a process is a wonderful lesson and I am so glad you have discovered that :)
#70 i'm proud of myself for reaching this level. i've learned once again to stay strong I will keep fighting
@azureVillage4822 Woop woop for 70! FANTASTIC
Thanks so much for sharing your positivity! Such great stuff. I am so glad to hear you are feeling strong! Keep on keeping on! :D
I learned that showing vulnerability, asking questions, seeking help, and other things similar, is a sign of self-confidence. It's belief in myself and a constant promise that I am only going to keep walking ahead.
Also this is me reaching #80!!! Yaay
@bleubellejune .... hehe :)
#20 I've learned that acknowledging what you have done well is very important
I am a good person. I didn't deserve to be treated this way.
Reached step #ten
And already I feel great about things. I already have a lot of hope. And I'm gonna keep trying as long as I can. I feel so good already.
I've made my first big decision yesterday to create the life I want. I am so excited about the future, and exciting things to come now. This meditation stuff is really working I think. I woke up feeling amazing today!
Never give up, be a better man then yesterdey.
it feels like i can finally put it into words
Life is ever changing. Relax, let go and be like grass in the winds of change, not a brittle tree. The first gently waves to and fro whereas the later easily snaps. So true, so hard to fully do.
