I have been wanting to create this space for a long time so here we go!
Sometimes, we are so full of emotions that we wish to scream so loudly that it would alert and awaken all planetary beings. Sadly, that isn't always feasible.

Actually when I feel to excited , restless or maybe frustrated I do scream into my pillow or a bowl of water
