What gives you courage?
Mhm this truly made me think haha, I think what gives me courage to keep going is contained in these lines from a poem by Robert Frost, "But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep."

What does courage mean to you?
Why does this seem like a difficult question lol, for me, courage is believing in oneself, and having own back in testing times, knowing it is okay to slow down and have setbacks too but not giving up without a try.

What tips would you give or have given to people in the past to help them be courageous?
I think the best tip would be to just show them the mirror and give them a chance to reflect, on their journey thus far, they've survived 100%of the bad days and standing strong, they ofcourse have what it takes to keep going forward, often it is only needed to make people see and acknowledge their wins and remind them to pat their back.

Courage is not courage without acknowledging the fact that you cannot always be strong, and it is okay to accept being vulnerable and taking breaks.

7 cups, family, truth, humanity are all such wonderful things to have courage for, I feel these also make us stronger and internally motivated to keep going. I agree with you about courage being incomplete without some underlying fear, that makes sense to me, accepting and overcoming our fears is a courageous thing to do. ❤
