It has been a year
I joined exactly one year ago as a listener and it has been a very rocky road.
From being able to help many dear members to joining the peer appreciation team and being active in the community, it was a great journey to be honest.
Although, now I don't do much because of certain problems I've been dealing with, I enjoy being here and I do come here occasionally to check out what's happening.
I do miss my older, healthy self when I was able to happily help out the members who came with their problems. It feels nice. The happiness, the hope that sparks in them, the feeling of not being alone in their journey and having people to listen to, all a beautiful sight to see.
I wish to get back to those days and I know I will. This journey of mine is unique in every way possible and I cannot be even more thankful for getting to know the people of this community :)
