2026: Finish the sentence...

When you think about 2026, what do you want to achieve? What's the first thing that comes to mind? That may be what you want to focus on. If you're the type who prefers to really think about it, that's good too! At the end of the sentences, you should have an idea of what you want to work on this year.
Finish the sentences!
⭐ In 2026 I would like to...
⭐ To do this, I need to...
What do you want to work on, and how do you plan to get there? My tip is to focus on wellness over resolutions.

@Heather225 In 2026 I would like to return to my medical doctors to follow up on all my health issues...
To do this, I need to either get enough money saved to either be able to find an apartment or room I can afford or enough money to travel there or locate someone willing to let me temporarily crash in their home 3 times a year for 1 week while I tend to my appointments...
In 2026 I would like to have fewer emotional crisis days than in 2025.
⭐ To do this, I need to... finish my online portfolio, continue diligence in marketing, stay on top of my health goals, continue making gradual changes for the better, and let the people in my life know they are important :)
@Heather225
⭐ In 2026 I would like to...spend more time with friends and family
⭐ To do this, I need to...acc ask them to hang out instead of having anxiety about it lol
Hi @Heather225 🤗
I truly love this thread.... such beautiful and thoughtful insights 😊
⭐ In 2026, I would like to…
Focus on my studies more than anything 📚✨.become more aware of my thoughts and achieve mindfulness 🧠🌿. focus on myself overall—build a clearer vision, become more productive, and learn to go easy on myself instead of constantly rushing ⏳💛. develop self-esteem and stop neglecting my mental health 🫶. give real attention to my physical health, which I’ve ignored for far too long—especially after how difficult this year has been 🏥🥗.
Most importantly, I want to let go of guilt. I want to stand up for myself—strongly and courageously 💪🔥. i want to face everything I’ve been carrying for years and finally work on the things that have been pulling me down.
In 2026, I want to feel proud of myself instead of constantly feeling guilty 😊🌱
⭐ To do this, I need to…
Build consistency—no more all-or-nothing mindset 🔁✨.
Let go of unhealthy addictions and habits that only feed my guilt 🚫. start working toward my goals one step at a time, instead of blaming everything on my mental illness 🚶♀️. stop procrastinating the way I did in 2025 and take responsibility firmly but kindly 🧭⚡. I need to eat healthy and take my physical health seriously 🥦💧. this year broke me in that area, and I don’t want to end up in hospitals again.
I need routines, discipline, and progress—one day at a time ⏰📈. I must stop absorbing negative words from people around me. no matter what, I can’t let it reach my heart anymore 🤍. i need to work on what’s hurting me now, face the reasons behind my heavy heart, and do whatever truly helps me feel lighter and at peace 🌊🌸
😊🌸💐

2026 energy ✨
This year I choose myself. I am learning to love myself louder and without guilt. I am prioritizing my peace, my health, and my growth.
I am letting go of what no longer serves me, drains me, or asks me to shrink. Not everything deserves my time, my explanation, or my energy.
I am allowed to rest. I am allowed to change. I am allowed to choose better for myself.
This year is about alignment, clarity, and self respect 🤍 I move forward lighter, stronger, and more honest with myself 🌱
