Hey Everyone. Welcome to Desiree's Daffodils. We are on a mission to spread kindness 1 day at a time.
Below is the archive of how I celebrated February as my Kindness Month!
For the entire month of February, I will be completing a random act of kindness. I have created a calendar that I will be using and it will serve as a guide to what RAOK I will be doing for the day. This is a personal project of mine, but anyone is welcome to join me if they like.

And knowing you as a I do I know that you spread kindness daily yet you took some time out to make this post and share your wonderful plan with us to help spread as much kindness as possible! How lucky are we that a kind soul like yourself is leading by example. You are a true and beautiful role model/person Desiree, please stay exactly as you are💙💜

Day 5: Support A Small Business
Hi everyone. I hope everyone's day/afternoon/night is going well. Today, my random act of kindness is to support a small business. I am into nail wraps and am in the need for new ones so a quick Google search and I found a site with such pretty nail wrap designs! Just placed my order and I can't wait to get 'em. :) Hope everyone does something nice for someone else. ♡
Day 6: Feed The Ducks At A Park
Today has been a great day! I have anticipated this day to come all weekend long because I knew I got to go see the duckies! 🐤 Just look at how cute they are! I take in this moment and my heart is just so happy and full!

@Aishaa97 Lol, awww that was sooo sweet! Thank you! I love these ducks, girl! We have gone here numerous times in the past to see them and they are so loving! Some do not let you get close but you can trick them with bread (or throw a rock as the kids do) and they instantly come wobbling up. It is the cutest thing!!!

Day 7: Cook A Meal For A Family Member
It has been officially 1 week since Desiree's Daffodils launched and I couldn't be anymore happy! My act of kindness today was to cook a meal for a loved one. I'm no chef by any means, lol, but dinner is served. Mmmm.
Day 8: Donate To A Charity
Hey everyone. For my act of kindness today, I decided to donate to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I am not sure if this would be considered a "charity" per se but this is my choice. For personal reasons, this is where my heart felt compelled to donate. ♡ I hope everyone has had an amazing day today and I want to thank you all for following and supporting my kindness journey. It means everything to me. Hugs.

Day 9: Make Hygiene Bags For The Homeless
Been prepping for this all week Everyday I do a little bit behind the scenes... and I finally have the hygiene bags done and ready! There are a lot of shelters in my area for men so I geared these bags for the women so I can donate it to the shelter near me. ♡

This is the thoughtful, sweet, beautiful Desiree I've always known. The one who spreads kindness. The one who makes others smile. Now you should also smile Desiree.. go.. we will cheer. Day 10: Make Goodie Bags To Pass Out
Today has been such a busy day... so in stead of making goodie bags, I opted to make these little baggies that contain a crochet flower to pass out. I purchased them off Ebay but I just finished putting them in a mini ziploc. I had someone make me the labels that will be going on the back. I thought this would be a cute way to spread joy tomorrow when I go pass out the hygiene bags. ♡ Hope everyone had a lovely day! 🌺

Desiree you are so so so lovely, wow just woooowww ♡ I've been scrolling through this forum just astonished by how truly amazing and so so kind and caring you are. You're such a wonderful person. You have the biggest heart ever 🥹❤️. I loveee helping out when I can doing things for charity too with a group in my school, but this is above and beyond and I'm just in shock that someone can be so so kind and have this big of a heart - but you do ! Day 11: Pass Out Kindness Cards
Hey everyone! :) I hope everyone is having a great day so far. I requested some free kindness cards online and got them in the mail. I am out to disperse the hygiene bags, mini crochet flowers, and to pass out these cards. A lot of love and kindness will be going out on my end. ♡ Do something kind for yourself or others today if you can. Stay smiling, beautiful people!
