1. What would you never want to change about yourself?
In a very non-condescending way lol, I just think, how I am, who I am, my values and beliefs, my heart!
2. What movie, book, blog, or article affected your life for the better recently?
I guess Atomic Habits, it's an awesome book, with genuinely great tips and insight.
3. What have you seen in nature recently that made you feel happy, peaceful, or free?
Purple, pink, orange hues in the sky!🥰

@heathermarie95 I would never want to change🤔🤔 my humour and the way I think about certain things. I can't get over the sky, even when it's cloudy and rain y. The sky is just so beautiful so colourful just so amazing ❤
@heathermarie95 The ability that i would never wish to change is the ability to change.
@heathermarie95 I think often people do a gratitude list as literally that. Simply compiling a list. I do my version of that on the fly. If i feel poop i then ask myself what am i glad to have right now, kinda taking an inventory. I dont ask myself what Im grateful for i simple think about what i have in that moment, both local and larger scale depending on the moment.
