Glad you hear it 😊 I am better today, had a very difficult week, severe ear infection, it has been raining here 79 days in a row, so today was finally a nice, dry spring day so it was quite refreshing to go for a long walk with my nephew, really lifts the spirits 🧡🤗🌈

It was bad... not because something bad happened, bad because I realised that I feel like i need to put myself in a box to at least talk to people who feel important but have no hability to hold all that I am.

A day like this is what I have needed! People have not been kind to each other in my work place but now that I've done some treatment for my mental health and developed a life outside work which includes 7Cups I have been more willing to relax and fully enjoy peaceful moments which has been difficult for a long time.
