- Share Your Skills: List 1-3 of your talents and think about how you can use them to help others. Share what you know and let's put our skills to good use.
- Support a Cause: List 1-3 causes you'd like to support and consider what you might need to get involved. Whether it's donating time, and resources, or simply spreading awareness, every little bit helps.

- Community Kindness: List 1-5 things you can do to support your local community. Let's share and explore ways to make a positive impact where we live.
- Reflect and Inspire: Focus on sharing your experiences from the week and inspiring others with your stories of kindness. Let's create a ripple effect of positivity. Join the Good News Wall to do it. https://www.7cups.com/forum/gratitude/General_2448/SpreadtheJoyonOurGoodNewsWall_346499/

@ASilentObserver
I accept the challenge. I'll start with the cause supporting. I spread the word for someone I grew up with to help him get elected mayor... I helped my mom pay for some house upkeep, and I fed some crows. (Crows are a worthy cause if you want flying friends)
@RadiantShadow That is a great start. Those are all wonderful acts of kindness to do. Every little bit makes a difference, and I appreciate you embracing the challenge.
@ASilentObserver
Thanks! ^_^ I'll do the community one next since it's kind of related.
1. I've set aside books to donate to mini libraries
2. I voted.
3. I pick up my dog's poop.
4. I support local stores/restaurants over others when possible.
5. While I was eating at a fast food place, the manager was having a really bad day and randomly started venting to us. I took it in stride and made her laugh.
@RadiantShadow
Getting a head start on the uplift ones.
1. I sprang for getting my guinea pigs the hay they like, even though it's costing more right now.
2. I helped a coworker tremendously today. She was pulling more than double duty, so... So did I.
3. I over-tipped a server a bit. Seemed like he had his hands full for a while.
@RadiantShadow Those are all wonderful examples of community kindness, big and small. Sometimes even just showing a little empathy to someone having a tough day – it all makes a difference. You are making the community a better place to be in. Thank you Rad.
@ASilentObserver
Thank you! I'll try to do a couple today. Starting with the connect and appreciate
1. Showed my boss appreciation by texting when I got home safe, I got to leave early due to bad weather.
2. Showing my dog appreciation by giving lots of attention, she's been needing it lately.
3. Showing my mom appreciation by staying to talk to her for a bit. I don't always leave myself time to do that, but I should start.
4. Showed my guinea pigs appreciation by hanging out with them and showing them Strong Bad Email videos. They seem to like watching those and AMV's most of all.
5. Showed my friends appreciation by joining group chat. I don't talk on there much, group texting has a weird way of stressing me out.
And then I'll do the 3 skills:
1. I have a way of making people laugh and giving original takes. This breaks the monotony of the workplace a little bit.
2. It turns out that I can cook really well. I have inexcusably low cooking experience for my age, so it looks like total amateur hour until I get in my rhythm. I made some of the best spiced sausage patties the other week, along with waffles that I decorated with blueberries, strawberries, and some whip cream art.
3. I've been through a lot of weird situations. At this point, I stay really calm and think clearly in emergencies. I'm prepared to lead to protect people.
@ASilentObserver
And today, I'll finish out the last 2.
Compassion to self:
1. I try to get some gaming time in every day.
2. I try to get some relaxing reading time as well.
3. I keep up with exercise, knowing that I need to keep up to have any momentum at all. Sometimes I do more or less of it.
4. I have coffee every day.
5. I take some time to feel good about my accomplishments for the day, even when it feels like way less than it should be.
As for stories of my kindness for a ripple effect... I just hope that it goes somewhere when I try to be upbeat and go the extra mile for people. I held a door open for a guy and his family, and he was trying to tell me "you're good", like I didn't need to, but they were close behind me... So, I'd literally have to let it shut in their face if I didn't. I tried to joke with him, not too sure about his reaction, but I try to keep in mind that every action sends a message. This world gets ugly, and I just want to send messages that counteract the ugliness. I stand for making things better.

@ASilentObserver
I have been listening to people in the internet. In 7 cups and another platform. So these are my acts of kindness. I'll mention more.
@ASilentObserver I accept the 7 Days of Kindness Challenge! 😊 Today, I focused on uplifting someone by checking in on a friend who was feeling down and offering some words of encouragement. Sometimes, just listening can make a big difference. Excited to continue spreading positivity! Who else is joining? ✨💛
@ASilentObserver

Although I am not committed, I can try to challenge myself....💪👊
ahh, i didn't forget about this challenge! just rounding up what i remember lol...
whipped up a lil someting nice the other day and seeing someone smile because of it totally made my day🥰also dropped a sweet compliment to a friend and not gonna lie, that felt amazing
super grateful for the people in my life, a safe space and the little things that make each day brighter. such a blessing💜
big on mental health and helping animals, always brainstorming new ways to make a difference. always room for more kindness!
self-care for me = showering, calming scents, sleep, hobbies and knowing when to back off and just exist. sometimes, that's the ultimate care🌻
haven't done much for the local community yet, but i really want to. just gotta find what would feel truly meaningful, something that lights that spark
thanks for creating this beautiful challenge, it's such a lovely reminder to slow down, reflect and sprinkle kindness everywhere❤️
