Journaling prompts wanted

I´m in a mood to journal but can´t really make up my mind what should i write about and whenever i try to look up prompts i just keep being so picky and never actually choosing stuff. Pass me some prompts! Can be anything from random interesting questions to reflect to, through gratitude and positivity to focus on future or past. BUT! Keep it true to the positivity forum, so no shadow work and prompts that would not have an uplifting and positive focus or final outcome. More difficult prompts about past, traumas and stuff are welcome, as long as they have a positive twist. Thank youuu.

@sadcat13 What is good in your life at the end of the day? Why is it good to be grateful just for the time you have at the end of the day?

@sadcat13    you could reflect on your year. all the good things that stand out. your happiest moments. your favorite memories and the thinks you remember laughing about. you could also go through all your trials and what you've conquered through this year. you could write about all the lessons you learned through your trials, (or just every day life) and practice your gratitude for all the amazing things that you have in your life that you take for granted.

@EmmyMarie06 oooo thank you, actually did a yearly lookback a few days ago, it is absolutely a great idea. I reflected on the ways I grew this year and where I'm headed in life and I'm very pleased with the results 😊

1) What positive can you take from relationships that have not worked well?

2) What are your values and beliefs that help you be gracious and positive?

3) What sensations do you notice in your body, your communication when you are feeling positive?

Hello, I actually relate to this a lot. I love to journal but thinking about what to write is such a hard thing. Nothing pleases me easily.

So, I thought I may give you some of my seasonal prompts.

•Challanges you overcame in 2023.

• What did you learn in 2023?

• Goals that you didn't fulfil but still want to. (How do you plan on doing it)

•What suprised you the most lately?

• Three things you want to do again (eat, watch, or any sort of activities).

•Moments from 2023 you would like to experience again (If it's possible, do you plan to?)

•Your favorite social interactions of the year.

•Three things you are very proud of doing.

•Times when you stepped out of your comfort zone (Why did you do it?; How did you feel then and how do you feel about it now?)

•What would you like to do if you knew you can't fail?

• How does your one perfect day in life look like? (Explain in details as much as you want)

•If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?

I have many more, but spamming isn't my cup of tea. I hope you find interesting at least one of those prompts and I wish you enjoyable writing.

All the best!

@sadcat13 Where do you want life to take you, and where is it taking? Do they seem to match? Is following life’s footsteps what it means to live in the moment?
