I am inviting everyone, but especially the beloved Peer Appreciation Team (PAT) to participate in the 'Notice Good Campaign'.

The campaign is simple and lovely. Notice good in your peers and appreciate them for it on the spot -the spot could be chatroom, forum, or even better, pm them with a note of appreciation for what good you noticed in them!

Now, coming to PAT, there are a variety of ways we can run this campaign within our team, amongst our beautiful team members:

1) Noticed a team member make a beautiful appreciation post or a heart-warming graphic? Reply to that post to appreciate them! But I have got even more here: PM them! Message them to specifically appreciate them for their recent effort -it does wonders to team bonding, I tell you!

2) Noticed a team member make an error in their appreciation post, something they could improve on? It's your chance to bond with them in PM! Message them to let them know, first of all, that you highly respect and admire them for taking time and looking to spread smiles through their appreciation posts in the team! And then, the most fun part -share your concern and problem-solve *together* with them! Yes, together! When we do things together, it's lovely and creative and amazing!! {Ask @gentleemperor how wonderful it felt when we problem-solved and shared ideas together in PM recently😀}

3) Ne'er say anything in an unkind manner, remember to be gentle. But, if a team member sadly does make this mistake of being ungentle, we carry a big heart and pardon them for it❤️
