On the Outside looking in 🥺
Has there been a time or an experience in your life where you feel like you don't fit in? Or are in the outside looking in?
Everytime I try to hang out in a friend group they always gang up on me and say mean jokes to me I'm always the one getting targeted I dont know why
All the time. And when I have felt accepted it eventually turns into anything unique I may bring to the group or dynamic gets yoinked meanwhile I'm just the weirdo and I just isolate myself anyway because people love their groupings and they're lying. People also don't tolerate the ill or anyone who puts themselves first. Now I admit I'm saying this in a triggered, annoyed and down state, but at times I feel this to be totally true and it feels often like I'm trying to prove it wrong only to be proved right. Even in digital environments I feel like I have an invisibility shield. Whatever. Mostly, I am at peace alone in my own company and would rather live in a silo or something than have to deal with people's BS constantly. When I'm triggered and down, I can only see the mountain of mess.

I'm sorry you are feeling triggered or down!
Yes, people can tend to be very clicky, very group orientated and leave people out!
It's not fair but sadly it's frequent!
You are not a weirdo!
I'm sure you have more to share than just the normal, shallow and robotic conversations that people tend to have, to feel like they fit in!
💜💕
Thank you. You're very sweet and kind. Many blessings to you in life 🙏🏼 🧬

Every day I wake up. I always feel like I don't belong or fit in anywhere. I am rather tall and stand out in most crowds when, in fact, I wish I could just blend in. Disappear in the crowd.
Some people wish to be rich or even famous. I wish to be normal.
Ironically, I love helping people when I can. At the store and they can't reach something. No problem.

I'm sorry you feel you are not normal!
What quantifies normality though!
All I can see is someone kind, caring and warm hearted.
We spend too much of our lives trying to blending in, but why not just embrace it and be who we are!

Unfortunately, due to my size, I frighten some people. I would be the first person to answer the play phone when a child handed one to me. I can relate to Frankenstein.
All my life, I feel I've been told to act differently to be accepted and then you reach a certain point in life and think meh, I would rather be anyone else but them.
I celebrate people's qualities and want to make them feel better about themselves, not the way I get treated.
@ScrabbleBrain
I celebrate people's qualities! 🥰
I love that in you!
You are great the way you are!
Not dull.
Full of opinions and humour and kindness!
Don't change!
💜💕
Yes, many times. It's hard being someone that is way different from others, especially because of my background. I don't get bullied for being myself but, I just find it awkward when I can't relate to others on any of my interests which makes me feel lonely.
@Paliloveyourself
I'm sorry you struggle to relate!
When we feel like our likes don't translate well with others, it can be hard! But please know, you are authentic and never stop being you and doing what you like for anything!

It happens every single time I visit that one relative’s house. I can’t really avoid going since it’s a yearly thing, and somehow, I always end up being their favorite topic of discussion.🥲
Even if I ask them not to, they keep going; it’s like they enjoy pointing out flaws in everything I do. Every choice, every little thing, gets criticized. It makes me feel out of place, like I don’t even belong in the conversation.
So usually, I just distance myself a bit. I sit in another room, put on my headphones 🎧, and let the noise fade. Lately, I’ve been teaching myself not to take their words to heart, letting the criticism slide into the background while I focus on myself and the person I’m becoming.✨
