This thread is dedicated to all things bright, positive, and beautiful. Share Your Skills:
Our creativity that we use to help others. This can be by our writings and painting. At times just in how we put into words things.
Supporting other we do this online by listening and just being there with others. Offline at times by kind words or even a smile.
Sharing our story with others this talent we use when supporting others. Walking beside some as they heal. Relating to what they going through. So they not feel alone.
Support a Cause
Breaking the stigma that many have about mentally ill people. We do this by talking to others about mental illnesses. As when one better understand things they able to not assume the worst about them.
Kindness to Yourself:
Take time to do crative things like painting, crafts, and other forms of art,
not answer phone at times when 1 friend we have calls many many times in same day. This helps us have compassion for self. So we not get stressed out by her.
Coming online when we are having a hard time and talking. Not reacting in self harm or other bad ways of copping.
Drinking lots of water as we need to do this to stay healthy. It show we have self love for us and our health.
Getting sleep every day even if it taking nap in daytime. Allowing self to not feel guilty when we take a nap or sleep in.
meditation each night before we go to sleep this calms our mind helps us rest.
Setting boundaries and sticking to them. This is self loving as not letting others walk all over us.
Community Kindness:
We belong to a women group called helping hands. This group makes many things for people in the community but also we send out things to others in the world.
Donation cloths and other things to goodwill so they can sale them. As the money from that goes into programs they do in the community.
Make cards for soldiers so they can use them to mail home to loved ones.
Go to events in community that bring about more understanding on mental illnesses this break some of the stigma around mental illness. By bring more understanding of them.
Showing support for disabled kids. By bring awareness about their needs and who they be what they can do too.
Visiting one in nursing homes as many of them do not get ones even family members vistening them.
Little acts of kindness smiling at another, saying thank you to a person as they work their job, helping another by putting things on checkout belt or just saying kind words to another when waiting to be served.

your very welcome it been a big thing for us to break the stigmas around mental health issues here were we live they do like awareness open houses that community welcome to come to so they can learn more about mental health disorders seem that when people able to learn more they begin to lose the negative assumes things and see the real truth about mental illnesses.
we try to find ways to be kind to others as that also help break down walls too.
