Things Christians Wish You Knew

Something I wanted to add. How hard it is, to establish boundaries and the people, who seek to step on those. So many people in my home and at church, truly blind to how pushy they may be. It’s hard to, tell people to back off; because I don’t want to be rude needing to be kind but some people just, need to be told no. And it’s hard, not many people can be told no. I really think, the hardest part is being provoked to anger; by even your family and at times church members and those who disregard your concerns. I want people to know, it’s okay to if you lash out. Because no one is perfect, but the best thing to do is walk away; and say no. I am walking away from my local church, hopefully I can gain distance from my family too.

We’re all imperfect sinners that continue to make mistakes/disobey God’s command (even if we claim to have accepted Him)
But Jesus provides us a way out, and He already freed us from sin when He died on the cross to save us. (So as long as we trust in Him and repent, He’ll continue to teach, forgive, and provide for us through His grace!)
Jesus loves and offers salvation to EVERYONE! No one is ever too far gone and He can (and will) truly transform and heal you if you put faith in Him!
We don’t have to clean ourselves up first before going to Him—we go to Him to be cleaned 💕
Trust in God, not people!!

The Bible is WAY more interesting than you think! It’s full of weird creatures, like dinosaurs, dragons, creatures with 4 faces, and creatures COVERED in eyes! Dude who ate grass on all fours like a cow. Dude who got eaten by worms. Lady who got eaten by dogs. Dude who got mad at a rock and smacked it. Dude who got mad at people and made them drink water full of gold dust. Talking donkeys. Floating axheads. Clothes that don’t wear out for 40 years. Giant flaming towers of fire and clouds. Frogs EVERYWHERE!!!
Seriously. Even if you have no interest. Read it. It’s just super crazy and intriguing <3
