I love camping. I go to get away from city life and enjoy nature. If there is a beach, you will certainly not find me there. I'd rather take a stroll through the woods.
Keep walking past my site, I don't need to say hello/hi to every other camper walking past.
I would rather be left alone, sitting in front of my campfire and be left alone. I could burn through a face cord in 14 days.

Each log is Approx 18" long, a face cord is a stack that is 4ft high X 8 ft long. A complete cord is 3 X that amount

NP, I camp at least 1 week a year. Got my site already booked for August 😊🤗
We have to book 6 months in advance, or you never get in. And if I cant get a site, I take a week and head to my sister in laws place. She lives out in the country on an acre in a half.

That’s a lot of wood O.O
I'm into primitive or dispersed camping. The farther from civilization the happier I am. I usually go into dead zones. No wifi or cell service. I hike during the day and set up a tent when I feel like stopping for the day.
Always have a compass and a map of the area. Made this mistake the first time in a different state. No map!
Make sure you have a way to filter or purify water. I also carry electrolyte powder to add to water and instant coffee 😜
Make sure you secure food out of reach of bears. Speaking of - carry bear spray 😅 better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
I do a lot of fishing (make sure you have a license) while I'm out but I also carry instant oatmeal and potatoes and noodles. MREs are ok too but they can be expensive.
Have a first aid kit/snake bite kit.
Put your things in dry bags (food, extra clothes, sleeping bag, lighter/matches and ***, maps, flares) It's no good if everything gets wet
