What’s Your Win Today?
Hey beautiful people!
Let’s take a moment to celebrate YOU! 🎉 What’s your win today (big or small)? Maybe you finished a project, took a step towards a goal or gave yourself a break when you needed it. Every win is worth celebrating!

My win today? I organized my thoughts and created a plan for the week ahead. Feeling so much more on track! 📝💛
Now it’s your turn! What’s your win today?
A win for me today was plucking up the courage to try out a new gym and asking gymbros for help to set up leg press (greatest gym fear bc I’m afraid of crashing my knees).
I get very insecure bc well I’m not a 10 so I was so afraid of their judgements but at the end of the day, I can’t control their judgements, and I didn’t injure myself.
I reached out to an old friend to find myself some company and feel not so lonely!
I'm not well today so getting out of bed and taking care of myself is a big win.
I also posted 2 days ago, but my win today was brushing my teeth. ðª¥ð¦·
@GreenLime3141 Oh yes, I remember! Know that every little step counts and it’s all about those small victories that add up.
Be proud of yourself for doing what you can today and you’re doing amazing! Each little act of self-care matters so much. Keep going at your own pace, you got this! 💖😊
Thank you so much. I appreciate you.
@GreenLime3141 Anytime! Keep being amazingly you!
@Phoenixthepoised I made it. Today was a day of just keeping my head above water. But, tomorrow...tomorrow will be better.
@arentyoucute Yes, some days are all about just staying afloat and you made it through! Take this moment to be kind to yourself because you’re doing your best and that’s enough.
Tomorrow will be better and when it comes, you’ll be ready for it. 💫
@Phoenixthepoised That is what I am telling myself. I have been through worse days. This is just a little pebble in the road. Feel like I need to cry it out.
@Phoenixthepoisediim interested a very bad place and I opened up about exactly how I'm feeling to my therapist. I'm struggling, but it helped to get it out
My teenage girls were much more pleasant today than they have been in awhile. I actually enjoyed their company and they were more kind and respectful. They thought I was a terrible mother last night because I had them come to church with me, but I did notice a big difference in their attitudes about it today. They even said they kind of enjoyed it.
