@Husna00 this doesn't stop any hurt within me, it makes the aching way worse, am I not smart enough to not give love to people who deserve it or am I just too naive, will I always be like this ? yeah most likely, and that gets me in a non ending cycle of self loathing and uncertainty abt the future and makes everything worse
