hi lovely souls 🌿 i wanted to share a little spark of hope i felt recently. as a listener here on 7 cups, i sometimes wonder if i’m really making a difference — if my words are reaching anyone in the way i hope they do. the other day and today, i received some reviews from members i’ve listened to, and it honestly filled my heart. ✨
knowing that even a small conversation or a few gentle words could make someone feel heard and less alone reminded me that there is meaning in the things we do, even if we can’t always see the impact right away. it gave me hope — not just for myself, but for all of us, that connection really does matter. 💙
so i’d love to ask: what’s a recent moment that gave you hope — maybe something that reminded you that you do matter, or that the world isn’t as heavy as it sometimes feels? and when hope feels far away, what helps you hold on until it comes back? 🌱

for us our faith give us lasting hope it not just a feeling to us but a state of spiritual being
yesterday we was feeling really bad due to was sick so could not go to group we belong too so texted the one who was to give us ride told her we was sick so we was not going she then texted back hope you feel better soon i tell the other ladies we will pray for you this gave us added hope was saying we matter to themÂ
