What is having a positive outlook all about?
If you are positive about things or you are looking at things in a positive way: you are hopeful or confident and think of the good aspects of a situation rather than the bad ones.
and that's mostly what positive outlook is all about!
Sometimes it's very helpful to have a positive outlook on life when things aren't going so well, I think sometimes you need just a little positive thought boost so you can continue to persevere through the bad times
