International Happiness Day! 😃🎉

International Happiness Day is marked every year on March 20, after the United Nations recognized happiness and well being as universal human goals.
What started as a global observance has become a reminder to slow down and focus on the things that genuinely make life feel better, whether that is rest, connection, gratitude, or simply doing something that brings you peace.
Some simple ways to celebrate include checking in with someone you love, taking a break from doomscrolling, getting outside for a walk, doing something creative, or making time for a small moment of joy in your day. This year's campaign also encourages people to be more mindful about how they use social media and to choose more real connection online and offline.
So, how are you celebrating today?

Awesome, thanks for sharing 🩷🤗
I'm going to celebrate by making the most of the random good weather we are having here today, slush puppies and ice cream and sitting outside 🌈🤗🩷

@trueconfidant123 Happy happy 😊 Day! I'm celebrating by having fun and being in a playful mood... and with pizza 🍕! Hope everyone has a good day today.

Yay. Pizza is the highlight for me haha. Have a good one! 😃💗

@trueconfidant123 Ohhh, so you like pizza 🍕 with leaves 🍃. Noted. ✔️ 😂 Hoping you have a genuinely great day, TC. ❤️🧡💚
@YourCaringConfidant
That's supposed to be basil 😭
(Don't tell anyone that I pick them off my pizza lol 😛😂)
Thank you for your sweet words! 😽
@trueconfidant123 I know, friend. Trying to be funny because how are they bigger than the pepperoni? 🤔
@YourCaringConfidant

I’m actually replying to this a day late because I took your advice to heart and stayed off my phone yesterday! It felt so good to just be present. I celebrated by putting on my favorite playlist and taking a long, quiet walk—just soaking in the fresh air instead of checking notifications constantly. It was honestly the reset I didn't know I needed... hope your day was just as peaceful!
