I love unicorns too - lol ( but i do)

I love horror movies, meditation, being in nature, music ( I can youtbe surf new music for hours), I write poetry ( emotional release for me) and practice mindfulness. I am spiritual but not religious and I love art, both creating it and looking at other's.

I, currently, am as stressed as can be - but I try to keep things in perspective ( "try" - lol).

Some random things I am greatful for:

my 3 beta fish

my sweet aunt

the fact that I can breathe ( I have asthma so i dont take that for granted anymore)

That I can use my past pain to help others and I have more compassion for others because of what have been though - the blessing in the curse...

the smell of oils I use and make in order to help relax and deal with life

the fact that I have a home to go to ( when i am not working 19 hour shifts - eeek)

and for 7 cups where i can connect with people when i feel isolated, remember the positive, good and what i am thankful for

I am nancy. Nice to meet you all. I love making friends and chatting .friends are a true gift from god,. I love 7cups because it was the type of application i was looking for a long time. We can communicate and listen to each others and help each others as much as we can. Life is all about experiences and here i saw many life experiences that learnt me alot of things about life. I really feel good after spending time here.

I'm @safeandsoundta, but you can call me Kassie. I'm thankful for the opportunity to attend classes at and live in a dorm at university, as a recent transfer student. I'm going to a pretty great school and the first three or so weeks have gone well.

I'm passionate about music, helping people, psychology, and technical theatre. At one point, I was quite an active listener on 7 Cups but I've since returned to be a member as I take on my oen personal life issues.

Hello, I'm from the US and have been living with anxiety and depression for years. This site has given me a safe place to be me, and to find others like me, and I'm grateful for it! One thing this site has done for me is help me to focus on the positive parts of my life, and I think this subcommunity will make that happen even more. I like reading, music, my animals, being outside in the beauty of nature, spending time with my family, and so many more things!
