Today is the first (or second) day of March *hooray* So glad we are kicking off the month together as a big family :) This is also my favorite month of the year because cherry trees will be blooming very soon where I am hehe. 💛 How do you plan to take care of yourself ?
- i plan taking care of myself by resting my body for the next few days. everyone around me has tested positive and although I keep being negative, I feel a little sick and am staying in isolation. I wanted to work out this week but I will skip that as it would only make my health worse at this moment!
💛What is something that excites you about this month?
I somehow really like the energy of March. It feels like spring is finally arriving here, and everything is just slowly getting better. Like a new beginning.

💛 How do you plan to take care of yourself ?
I plan on doing a second round of stretches tonight because I pushed myself a little bit harder today in my workout than I have since my reinjury.
I am also hoping that this weekend I will be able to spend some time outdoors with my husband. Unfortunately mask mandates are lifted here so we will try to stay outside.
💛What is something that excites you about this month ?
After this work period my husband and I are going on a daytrip! And this weekend he is making pancakes. (:

I plan to take care of myself by giving myself more time to rest my eyes (so, I'm not constantly staring at my computer, reading and watching lesson videos).
This month, I can't really say I'm super excited, but it'd be nice when I get my 3 weeks of work starting March 14th to April 1st. (I haven't been working since January 21st).
Any song from the Korean female soloist, IU, never fails to bring me good vibes!~

The 'night light' mode on my laptop really helps with this! I turn it down to only about half intensity and leave it on all day. It has been amazing.

I plan to look after myself by doing more self-care and meditations.
