Feel safe and loved.
Because of & Cups I can say exactly how I feel without being scared of judgement or ridicule. I can release my anger and stress in a way that doesn't hurt anyone. I can hear others' stories and help them with the things they are going through. I can meditate and relax and de-stress anyday at anytime. I can talk to people who know how I feel and understand what I'm going through. I feel more safe and important.
