sunflowers are my favourite flowers too! I love the symbolism. I also love that sunflowers are always facing the sun (Reason, if people are curious: the sunlight illuminates their head thus attracting insects for pollination). hehe, I like the fact that sunflowers suit your username so perfectly!

It would either have to be lotus blossoms or lilies. Lotus blossoms symbolize rebirth and transition, aspects that I like to keep in mind with my mental health. I can be "reborn" from my mental illnesses, and transition into a healthier mindset. Lilies symbolize purity, going along quite nicely with the idea of starting anew.
