When in deep depression all that comes to mind is not wanting to live anymore and after I saw a doctor the hope was easier to see. I continued to make slow progress with new found energy from the meds and futher improved by coming here regularly. I'm not totally back to normal yet but a vast difference from being in constant pain and not caring if I woke up the next day. I can smile now and feel I have a reason to! :)
Oh, also helping others brings them hope when it's hard for them to see it yet too!

@ASilentObserver because, all the people you come across whether learning from their stories or learning from their skills that they are passing dow, you are given little pieces of the puzzle to their lifes that somehow smewhere fit into a much bigger picture. these pieces are not to be taken for granted they are share or passed down in honor and with faith that you will take the info and reflect while holding it for aw hile then add it to your puzzle to give to someone else.

but I have one in mind : Peeping to the other side - why? Because almost all I did here were new things, means I learnt a lot about how to see things in other ways, also doing something new that I havent done before.

Thank you ! Absolutely, i choose this title because without the hope of making my dreams come true, i wouldn't be alive today. I made a lot of my dreams into a reality, and i am really grateful for that. I still have a lot of dreams and during dark times, the hope that one day, those dreams will be a reality, is the one thing that keeps me alive

@ASilentObserver I'd probably call my book "Sculptured Heart". It's kind of weird but suits my journey through 7Cups xD

@ASilentObserver Haha thanks :) I actually like the title, well mainly because someone once told me that every experience in life is a blessing. Our heart develops (carves itself) as we continuously learn and live. Hard to explain, but there it is :)

Now my title would be " Walking toward the light "
I chose that title because I believe I was in a huge darkness and the day I found an ad for 7cups by mistake, the same day I logged as a guest and talked to a listener , is when I started to see glimpse of light and now I'd say I'm perfectly standing in the light. Hope that makes sense. 😕
