One person who inspires me is Daniel Howell (and phil but yeah) he became an ambassador for MIND to help people talk about their mental health and helped me and many others talk about the things people may be struggling with.
He has helped me admit to my issues and not feel ashamed to ask for help. He also breaks the stigma of men not being open with mh.
