One thing I am proud of this week is....

reconnecting with my ex after way too many months

Is that I learned to do something new and help people in a whole new way! :)

I'm proud of going to my loudest classes all week ( I get very anxious in crowds/ loud environments)

After using 7cups, after several hours, I started to calm down. Like, zen mode calm. I could feel my emotions but my heart beat was slow, steady, and felt nice. I felt like I was in the zone, and peaceful. It was awesome. Thank you. :)

I'm proud of getting an A on a math test- my first A this whole year!

I was able to open up to my family what was going on in my life instead of keeping it inside and suffering Now that the secret is out I don't need to worry.
