When I'm alone, one thing I do is .........
Have a dance party where no one can see me.
Breathe. Finally. It doesnt even matter what Im doing, just being by myself feels so amazing. I could just be lying in bed watching Netflix, and it would feel ten times better when Im home alone than if there were people in the house. I just feel like I can relax and release everything.
Also, sing SO loudly and climb up onto the roof which I am not allowed to do...but I love it so much.
Blare music and try to keep myself in a good mood
waste hours of time on the computer while thinking about how messed up my life is
I cry.
Very hard.
Because no one is around to see my weakness or hear my pain.
I save my tears for times when I'm alone so that people don't have to worry about me and what's wrong with me.

I pray that you meet the right person in life who won't see your tears as a weakness thereby making you feel comfortable enough to not have to isolate yourself when letting loose emotionally. It feels safe when no one's around to see you break down and seem vulernable. but there's something profoundly powerful about having someone who can hold you tight when you do let loose not judging you one bit at all. THIS is what I want to see for your future. A comfortable, safe, and supportive shoulder to cry on is something that not a lot of people realize can be seriously beneficial emotionally and health-wise.
More imporantly, I'd hope that you didn't have many reasons to cry in the first place unless they're tears of joy. Either way, I hope things get better and you have a peaceful and loving future.
Dream wide awake.
Lately im always alone since its summer and college classes are a month away...i longboard around the neighborhood, and watch things on my computer, try to not think about whats happening in my life.

It's nice and healthy for us to take a break from the more negative stuff in our lives, but always keep in mind that it's also a healthy tip to understand that we have to confront these problems eventually. For me personally, I actually take vacations from my burdens as if I'm actually booking time away from some of the emotional nonsense in my life. This can literally take form in tons and tons of ways such as relaxing outside, playing video games if I'm up to it and have the time, watching a show without thinking about bills, or actually going somewhere and enjoying myself. The thing is is that before I take said "vacation", I'd make a checklist of all of the major and minor issues that I need to take care of in order to have a peace of mind. That way I'm able to take those things in life that we call "crappy situations" and transform them into goals to take care of. So when my "vacation" is over, I'd have a much more relaxed state of mind to attack said goals.
Hope this helps to some extent.
Overthink
Netflix and chill.
