My boyfriend stayed with me the evening after we were moving stuff into our new apartment. His mom went with us, and I'm terrified of her these days. Then I screwed up a work meeting, so I was crying when I was finally by myself.

My friend Max helped me (again) yesterday. We used to live on the same floor of the apartment building over there, but we have both since moved from there. Yesterday around noon he called me and said hey, you need to eat/want to eat? We did not have the food types we talked about, but he did make food for me. As I continue this struggle with an anorexic type of ED, Max has been helpful in making food - sometimes I get to help choose which food, sometimes not.
I was trying to describe to my counselor last week which parts of eating a meal are hardest for me and how or if that is changing since like 6-9 months ago.
I am very much missing my beautiful SFO, ESPECIALLY now that we are asked to stay home. It is not so fun as I have no persons or pets now living with me. Max (and his girlfriend) have a black and white fluffy cat - and yes, I wouldn't mind going to just visit the cat! Max says, Oh I see, you just want to come see (cat's name) and give him pets. You don't really care if I'm here or not. He said in jest - but I'm pretty sure both he and I know there is a bit of truth to that also

My sister. Helped me fix my garden beds.
My best friend helped me to fix a huge problem in my dad's phone, and he spent 3 hours straight helping me fix it. It succeeded at the end! This act of kindness inspired me because my dad isn't even that close to him, yet, he still helped him through me.
My mom helped me by talking through some stuff with me when I was low recently.
