Christmas and Grief
Many Christmas came before, full of sparkle and laughter. Then came the one after your loss. The sparks couldn't warm my cold heart. Tears blurred my vision, watching the world celebrate while I grieved the loss of you. I didn't resent the ones who celebrated, but I hated how the world moved on without you.

Grief has a way of resurfacing when the nights are wrapped in lights and traditions. The joy around us can feel loud and empty at the same time. And suddenly it's like we are carrying more than we are ready for with no resting stop in sight. Let this space be one 💗 Set down the baggage you've been dragging for a while, share what you're carrying.
Maybe we'll recognise pieces of our own grief in each other's story and realise we don't need to carry the same weight alone. Sometimes sharing what we carry is how the load becomes lighter.
