@BananasTheBallPython

i'm so sorry for your loss 💔

i cant imagine how traumatizing it must be losing a loved one, especially at sucha young age. this must feel like it's all just a bad dream.

there isn't a "right" way to grieve and u don't need to have all the answers right now. just be gentle with urself. take ur time to process things and i promise u, it will heal through time ❤️‍🩹

don't stop sharing ur story. tell ur friends or other family members all about it. it makes it less heavy when u know there's others grieving with u.

i hope u can heal from this. sending much love 🫶🌻

I too lost my father at a young age also .... there is no one way each person deals with grief differently.  some talk to someone and some keep to themselves.

Some like to journal or share great stories of our loved one.   A grief over a parent will hit you at different times.  I had points where I thought I was over it but some thing would trigger new grief. example reaching goals or milestones in your life it is ok to take time to cry or reflect .

There is no time frame or such to deal with either.

I'm so very sorry.... My heart breaks for you. Just stay strong and don't be afraid to try grief counseling it helps try to always keep him in your thoughts and heart and remember he will always be with you 💕
