I meditation today seen my dad
I meditation today seen my dad in heaven I talk to him told him love him and miss him and told me he loves me, and he said take care of my mom my brother and my niece and nephew my sister-in-law and my man he gave me big hug I told me to big strong and stop cry over him be happy. do something in life make you happy for so good so dad see day that moment so happy and cry seen him again I know in heaven so happy not pain anymore. and where he is so amazed heaven so beauty and love to mediation make feel so good and so in peace anyone that going through grief should get peace know loved one is happy places

@linvi thanks see in that mediation change me forever got talk to him talk and made me feel so good see my dad again and have a lot of thoughts about how my dad feel went took his last breathe was he think about me and my brother at that minute and was there went he died be wheel to ambulance and at hospital did know he was died and how was feel went was in casket at funeral and how feel about be buried at the cemetery I have all the thoughts in my heads and went visit him at cemetery does know I am visit him and have spinner on his grave never moves does that mean he not in heaven yet and his spirit still at my parent house and I would love see my dad again and miss dad so much and love him so much
