Heya,

I hope your doing okay💜 i know things might be a bit up and down, but thats normal 💛 its okay. We get through this together. You might be here because you lost someone really special in your life💙 or you are going through so much grief its overwhelming to cope with💗I just wanted to say, your not alone💚I know times like these are super difficult :( and painful. 💗 I don't know about you but i think of it like this:

That person you have lost will always sit in your heart. 💛 and I am sure they are super proud of you!

We take it one step at a time💕take your time to reflect and to embrace how you feel because its valid 💙 And its okay to feel the way you do. Its hurting right now💜 There is alot going on and i cannot imagine how much pain your going through💕*hugs if okay* *sending gentle hugs*💕 You might be feeling many emotions right now, its important we accept those emotions and if its comfortable, we can express our emotions💕 You might be feeling sad, upset or guilty. However your feeling, its okay and im really proud of you💕

Text on quote:

""Whoever said that loss gets easier with time is a liar. Here's what really happens: The spaces between the times you miss grow longer. Then, when you do remember to miss them again, its still stabbing pain to the heart. And you have guilt, guilt because its been too long since you missed them""💞

What a moving, compassionate and wise text, Bunny!

I like how you tune to the mood of grieving and validate it from the perspective of someone who has been there, offering also comforting words.

I think your approach is the best one: to stay with the emotions, be patient, and let the process of grieving follow its natural course.

While at the same time making a point that we don't have to go alone through this, that connecting and sharing might help.

The quote is also very wise and useful to have realistic expectations. It clarifies what might improve and what will continue to hurt.

It also corrects widespread misunderstandings, and answers the usual question "When will this end?"

I think your post represents the essence of what this Community is about.

Congratulations on such a wonderful piece, and thank you for your contribution!
