The day that his tombstone is  put in the ground he finally gone he being rest in peace that going be hard time of my life went stone maker put my dad stone in the ground so sad because he never coming back again.he finally being in peace been hardest 9 months of my life give anything if I could have my dad in my life again he miss out so many things like holidays birthdays my nephew graduation kinderation going first grade these week my nephew turn 6 my niece birthday she turn 3 my  41th birthday my brother 39th birthday my  mom birthday coming in September she being turn 70 he will not be there so sad my parent anniversary gave anything he be celebrate my dad and my mom anniversary  45 years  in December my dad birthday in December he been 65 these years on December 2024 he turn big 65 wish could celebrate with my dad but in heaven now and he out celebrate my anniversary to me and my man 14th anniversary in October he miss out so many great memories in are lives and I know he being mad at me for having diabetes I find out in March that have same Illiness as my dad had he would be proud that loss 22 pounds hope loss more weight in the future I love my dad and I miss my dad everyday he legacy and memories of him live on throught my family and me forever pops you will never being forgotten for rest of my life

@countrygirl9988 I'm so sorry for your loss, and I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you. It's great that you've taken care of yourself by losing weight & you recognize that your dad would have been proud of you. Remember to be kind to yourself and allow yourself to feel all the emotions that come up. Take care.

@victoriousHug82 thanks my dad would proud of me loss weight be healthy I miss my dad and I love my dad with all my heart and his legacy and memories of my dad live on throught me and my family 4ever

seeing a tombstone being placed in the ground is definitely a difficult thing and it does make your loss feel final.  That was actually the hardest part for me when I lost my daughter.
