something that helps when I'm grieving is to imagine the person I've lost isn't gone, they're just off across the world staying in a nice hotel, sailing the sea, and going on adventures. I imagine a tearful and meaningful goodbye for now as they set off and hope they're doing well.
Maybe that could help?
@linvi thanks I always image my dad on trip but realize he never back again and never see my in my life again love to hear him talk again or love see him smile or laughter he is going miss father day these years and my birthday that going be hard for me this year and next month will be 7 months he been gone
Sometimes it helps to write down everything you're feeling, or express it in someway, a video or a letter or a recording. Keep doing it until you find what works for you. People deal with grief in their own way and on their own time. I would focus on your own grief first and then just be there to support your brother. Do something your dad would want you to do for Father's Day to honor his memory.
@raspberryYard2877 thanks deal with my grief same as my brother deal with his grief we both sad and depression about loss of are dad and for father day look at photos of my dad watch videos of my dad and watch funeral of my dad and going to grave talk to him and i can't give him gift or father day card or tell him happy father day and but how he know in heaven that we miss him and love him so much and these going be hard father day for me be my first father day without my dad but get through somehow and he be in my heart forever
