its okay to feel sad during grief 💛
hi Grief and Loss community 💛,
I was looking at the forum posts in this community quiet alot recently 💛 and i just wanted to pop in and say that, i don't know who or what you have lost. maybe its someone you love, maybe its loosing yourself in this whirpool of grief and sadness, maybe its just.. loosing a part of you. i can never know. 💛
i can never walk your path or save you from your story 💛 but i hope you know that you don't have to "get over" your grief, you don't have to move on quickly, you don't have to heal so easily. you can take your time. you can be sad. your allowed to feel emotions. 💛
often we feel this emptiness in grief 💛 tears, pain, hurt, guilt 💛 you can never seem to fill in this emptiness in your heart. we feel alone. like we can't deal with it anymore. like there is nothing we can do to fill this emptiness in our life or to fix everything 💛
you don't have to have this grief figured out 💛 *holds your hand if okay* it sucks. i know. your allowed to cry 💛 its not weak.
"grief is like living two lives. One is where you pretend that everything is alright and the other is where your heart silently screams in pain"
feel free to share any feelings/emotions/vent 💛
