What types of things help when you are grieving?  (Hobbies, people, things, etc….)

Honestly, if grief gets to be too much & the usual distractions--creative work, sometimes talking to other people--don't help, I turn to chemical solutions. A sufficient amount of wine can work wonders, though temporarily. It takes the edge off.

i am so glad that you found 7 cups and that you have found support while you are grieving for your dad.

@Kristynsmama thanks being on here help me last 3 months seen my dad died been some many kind people give me amazed advice through grief process loss a parent one of hardest thing had going through and I am taking one day at time
