one win was we got the med trays and filled them for the week
also we got chili from a friend so eat that some so that was healthy
we put on the blood sugar senicer that connects to ap on phone to keep track of it this a win as had not put one on in weeks sure this make doctor we see for that happy as they can get readings too
set back was eating and not eating at times we found it hard to eat on some days this common for us why picked more healthy eating adding just eating at least 3 times a day
another set back was not getting outside most the week this end up with us at times binge eating junk

Not sure if I posted this already but I started a Bold program— it’s an app and an instructor takes me through different workouts— balance, stability, strength and more.
Also walking thrice a day with the pup, zumba, ice skating. Pool was under repair so took a breather that day.
Ate breakfast every day (that was a goal).
Stopped ANY computer games (that was difficult— what I did was to drag all of them into a folder and then made mental association between that folder and noxious brain pollution).
I don’t “do” scales. Had one really low day when I realized my country is going totally batsh*t crazy, so I made my five calls to congresspeople of other states, and sent some funds to some organizations that are doing on the ground work in those states to help, especially transgender youth and disabled communities—- every bit helps I guess. Posted safe messages to my allies. Yeah I guess that’s all for now.
Cheers! Keep on! 🫶🏾🤟🏽🌈🏳️⚧️♥️

its funny i rated myself a 9 at this check in, but shortly after i had a bad day the rest of the day, my boss basically said i was not doing a good job at work and that i would be fired if i didnt improve, and called me in early, today i woke up and my head cold is much worse, i dont mean to complain, but it seems like my plate got much more full after that rating lol XD. despite these somewhat negetive events happening im going to try to take some medicine and get back on track today, which is saturday
I enjoyed gardening last week, I read, and I worked out. I guess you could say that I did well with stress management and it helped me with being resilient in my relationship. Today, I feel a little under the weather because of the ever changing temperatures but I’m laying in my bed relaxing right now.

100% honesty, now that a couple days has passed sense that setback, id give myself a solid 10, this program has been a god send for me
