Wellness Accountability Huddles: Week 3 Friday Checkin Questions (January 30)
Here are the questions from today's weekend check-in for those who missed it. Tell us:
✅ On a scale of 1–10, how are we feeling about our progress?
Note: We will ask this question every Friday to help you chart your progress.
1 Win: A moment where you successfully prioritized your wellness this week.
1 Adjustment: Based on how this week went, is there a SMART goal you need to tweak to make it more achievable for Week 4?
@Heather225
8, solid!
This week I've forged ABIT more time to do what I need and to prioritise myself 💚🤗

@Heather225
win: being smart by combining everyday practices like waking-up, eating and walking with mindful exercises. I'm creating consistency.
adjustment: I need to be more discipline with my sleep time and routine, I can't use that time to recuperate what I didn't do during the day, I must accept how the day went, close it off, and try to be more productive on the day after.
My score was 7
@Heather225
On a scale of 1-10: 8.5
1 Win: When I felt resistance but still lied down and tended to my pain
1 Adjustment: I feel a lot of resistance lately due to increased amount of outside emotional attacks. I think I'm going to slow down a bit more and practice boredom.
1: win- I met my hydration goals 7 days in a row
2: adjustment- gym goals. If it is necessary to work late more than one day next week, I will take an hour break at the gym before completing evening work.
I also liked bringing the kindness log back into my routine this past week. Although I was considering not taking my scheduled vacation days this weekend in order to meet my supervisors demands, I did take those days. I feel proud of prioritizing feeling well. I do feel very tired after a rigorous month of work amidst unrelenting retaliation and bullying after I filed a grievance, but I think overall I feel 7 on a scale of 10 after a good meal yesterday, good rest, a fun breakfast and some time in nature this morning. I have four days of rest in front of me. So I feel 8/10 about my progress towards my wellness goals this week. I will get there with my gym goals, and I am happy that I didn't buy a bunch of sugary and salty snacks like I used to after a tough week at work.
1 Win: A moment where you successfully prioritized your wellness this week.
I am continueing my roles here and doing an awesome time in P/T.
1 Adjustment: Based on how this week went, is there a SMART goal you need to tweak to make it more achievable for Week 4?
There is no tweaking this week because I have kept a goal going each day.
