Wellness Accountability Huddles: Week 5 Friday Conclusion Questions (April 24)

User Profile: Heather225
Heather225 April 24th

You made it! Congratulations! Whether you reached your goals or you're still pursuing them, you completed five weeks of showing up for yourself!

Here's our final set of questions to reflect on:

  1. Share the biggest win or realization you are walking away with today.
  2. What is the one S.M.A.R.T. habit you can make a non-negotiable part of your daily routine moving forward?
  3. Real life means we will eventually slip up. When you next notice yourself falling off track, what is your immediate "reset" plan or micro-habit to get back into rhythm?
  4. Tag/shoutout to fellow Huddlers who have been there for you on this journey.

Please fill out this post-session form (linked here) to let me know whether or not you want to marathon another cycle, or call it complete! We start fresh next Monday. 💪

It's been a privilege and a joy being part of your wellness & accountability journey!

  • Share the biggest win or realization you are walking away with today.
The importance of regular self-care, not just when I'm already having a down day.
  • What is the one S.M.A.R.T. habit you can make a non-negotiable part of your daily routine moving forward?
Yoga every morning, meditation every afternoon. I miss one occasionally, but maintaining regularity is crucial.
  • Real life means we will eventually slip up. When you next notice yourself falling off track, what is your immediate "reset" plan or micro-habit to get back into rhythm?
Reminding myself that it doesn't all need to get done right this second. Sometimes a project or task can be set aside so I can recalibrate.
  • Tag/shoutout to fellow Huddlers who have been there for you on this journey.
@Heather225 and @AffyAvo for making the space so welcoming
@stormieandpaws for sharing their past so openly
@JasGab200519970 for always replying to those chat messages sent when no one else was around

  1. Share the biggest win or realization you are walking away with today.
Ans: I think I'm so much more capable of doing things than I thought, I'm not broken, I'm just slowly dismantling inherent coping mechanisms and learned tendencies which I can only do if i prove to my body and mind that I'm in a safe space.
  2. What is the one S.M.A.R.T. habit you can make a non-negotiable part of your daily routine moving forward?

      Ans: Having breakfast everday!

3. Real life means we will eventually slip up. When you next notice yourself falling off track, what is your immediate "reset" plan or micro-habit to get back into rhythm?

Ans: Probably look back, reflect to see what I've been capable of in the past.

we learned to heal one needs to be open as the things that are locked up within can not heal until a voice is given to them

1)My biggest win was that i managed to get much better in my shoulder, due to taking breaks and doing my exercises, and also that i managed to hit my eating goals most of the time

2) i am going to start waking up at 07 each morning and take 30 min of non negociable time for being creative as part of my morning routine.

3) take one habit at the time and reenforce it, because adding too many things at once makws me overwhelmed

4) thank you to all of you for being there, you have been a great support. and im sorry i wasnt able to be more present in the chats, i had a project which took unexpected focus from me so i wasnt able to show up as much as i hoped.

@mana90 Very well done to you Mana! One thing at a time can help to pace yourself and that way oneself can feel less pressure. This is good management of your time.

You know what you want to work on so kudos!

All the best with your project
